Japan (Tokyo) Properties Exclusive Exhibition & Seminars

An exclusive “Japan (Tokyo) Exhibition” will be organized by Landscope Christie’s International Real Estate on September 13th – 14th at Island Shangri-La Hotel Hong Kong.

The two-day event is organized by Landscope Christie’s and fully supported by Mitsui Fudosan Realty Co., Ltd, Japan’s largest real estate broker. During the exhibition period there will be two seminars where Japanese experts will deliver talks on market overview and property taxes. The time and venue of the exhibition are as follows:-

11 am – 7pm, 13th & 14th September 2014 ( Sat & Sun )

- Seminar at 12 noon & 3pm daily

At the exhibition a new build apartment block, Regno Sereno, located in the heart of Shinjuku, will be featured. There will also be other investment opportunities in core Tokyo including retail, office and apartment buildings showcased at the venue.

This exhibition follows the successful seminars in March, 2014 jointly organized by Landscope Christie’s and Mitsui Fudosan Realty at the same venue when the Hong Kong market was introduced to the popular Tokyo property investment opportunities. As Japanese yen has depreciated over 20% in the last couple of years and Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s “Abenomics” has breathed new life into Japan’s economy, Japanese real estate is once again attracting investors’ attention world-wide.
