Happy Valley low-rise apartment sold for $18,200,000
Landscope Realty announces the sale today of a low-rise apartment at Full View Court 7-9 Happy View Terrace, Happy Valley for $18,200,000.
Based on the property’s gross area of 1,200 square feet, the sale price represents $15,167 per square foot. The property also has a private roof of 845 square feet and a car parking space.
“The buyer is attracted by the spacious private roof which can be accessed via an internal stairway,” said Mr. Chris Law, a manager of Residential Department who collaborated the transaction with Mr. Stephen Chan, a senior manager. The new owner also liked the well designed open kitchen and the nice decor throughout the apartment.
Full View Court is a colonial style low-rise building in the serene Happy View Terrace, which is a cul-de-sac off Broadwood Road, within walking distance of Causeway Bay. Some apartments here have green view and cityscape view of Causeway Bay.
